5. Image Processing & Retention Policy

5.1 Processing Method

Images may be processed:

Locally on device OR

Via secure cloud servers

Text chat prompts and AI responses may also be processed via secure cloud servers or trusted service infrastructure where required to provide the feature

5.2 Storage Policy

Images are not stored permanently

Temporary storage may occur during processing

Chat text, AI responses, and related usage records may be stored for a limited period where reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain continuity, prevent abuse, apply subscription entitlements, or comply with legal obligations

5.3 Retention Period

Images are automatically deleted:

Immediately after processing OR

Within a short retention window (e.g., 24 hours)

Chat-related records and purchase-related entitlement records may be retained for a longer limited period where reasonably necessary for service delivery, dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance

5.4 Training & AI Use

We explicitly state:

6.3 AI Service Providers

To provide AI-powered image and video generation features, the app may securely transmit user-uploaded photos, text prompts, selected generation options, and related processing data to trusted third-party AI service providers, including Jimeng AI services.

Data is transmitted only after the user voluntarily uploads content or initiates an AI generation request within the app.

These third-party AI providers process the data solely for the purpose of completing requested AI generation tasks on our behalf and are required to provide the same or equivalent level of privacy protection.

Generated content and uploaded materials are not sold to advertisers or shared with unrelated third parties, and are not used for advertising purposes.

Users are informed and asked for consent before any content is transmitted to third-party AI service providers.

6.4 AI Chat Service Providers

To provide AI-powered text chat features, the app may securely transmit text chat inputs, system prompts, model instructions, and related processing data to trusted third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf.

At this time, this chat-related transmission applies to text-based chat content only and does not include user-uploaded chat images, because image sending in chat is not currently supported.

These providers process such data solely to return AI chat responses requested by the user, maintain service quality, and support abuse prevention.

14.Face Data & AI Processing

Our app may temporarily process facial features contained in user-uploaded images in order to provide AI-powered editing, outfit transformation, and image generation features.

We do not use facial data for:

Facial recognition

Identity verification

Biometric identification

User profiling or advertising

Uploaded content is processed only for the requested generation task and may be temporarily transmitted to secure third-party AI processing providers.

Images and related processing data are retained only as long as necessary to complete the requested service and may be automatically deleted afterward.

We do not sell or permanently store biometric facial information.

15. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our app may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual credits, premium features, or subscription-based services.

Payments are processed securely through official platform providers such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription services may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Virtual items, credits, or purchased features:

Have no real-world monetary value

Are non-transferable

Are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

We do not directly collect or store users’ payment card information.

15.1 Subscription Benefit Details

Depending on the plan displayed in the app at the time of purchase, subscribed users may receive one or more of the following benefits:

Priority fast generation

This benefit may allow eligible subscribed users' supported AI generation requests to be processed with higher priority than standard requests.

Ad-free experience

This benefit may reduce or remove certain in-app advertising for subscribed users while the subscription remains active.

Member AI text chat allowance

Subscribed users may receive up to 50 free AI text chat messages per day.

Additional member chat usage

After the included 50 daily member chat messages are used, additional AI text chat messages may require deduction of 2 gems per message.

Non-member AI text chat allowance

Users without an active subscription may receive up to 5 free AI text chat messages per day.

Additional non-member chat usage

After the included 5 daily non-member chat messages are used, additional AI text chat messages may require deduction of 2 gems per message, if such extra usage is offered in the app at that time.

Text-only chat limitation

At this time, AI chat supports text messages only. Users cannot currently upload or send images in chat.

HOT video viewing access

Subscribed users may receive broader, premium, or unlimited access to HOT video viewing features made available in the app, subject to applicable app rules and availability.

Daily gem reward

Subscribed users may receive 10 gems per day, typically distributed once per day according to the app's reward rules.

Double daily check-in reward

Subscribed users may receive 2x daily check-in bonus rewards where that feature is available.

Instant subscription gem reward

Eligible first-time subscribed users may receive a one-time instant gem reward, such as 100 gems or the amount displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

15.2 Benefit Administration

We may process subscription status, chat usage counts, gem balances, reward issuance records, and related entitlement data to:

Verify active membership

Provide subscribed features

Count included daily chat messages

Deduct gems for extra message usage where applicable

Issue daily or one-time gem rewards

Prevent fraud, abuse, or repeated reward claims

15.3 Benefit Changes

Subscription benefits, quotas, rewards, and digital item rules may be updated from time to time. If any displayed in-app subscription screen, paywall, or purchase page differs from this Privacy Policy, the in-app purchase display shown to the user at the time of purchase or use will control for the commercial terms, while this Privacy Policy will continue to describe how related data is handled.
