RevealX Privacy Policy

Welcome to RevealX ("RevealX," "we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you use the RevealX mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy applies to features such as AI face swap, AI outfit transformation, background removal, image enhancement, AI image or video generation, AI text chat, subscriptions, virtual gems, and other in-app purchase features.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we will request your consent before collecting or transmitting your content, including before sending uploaded images or prompts to a third-party AI service provider.
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the RevealX application and related services. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not control. Third-party services may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
3.1 User-Uploaded Images and Generated Content
When you voluntarily select or upload an image or request an AI generation task, we may process:
Source images selected or uploaded by you;
Images containing a face that you choose for an AI face-swap or other facial editing feature;
Target images, templates, style selections, masks, cropping information, and generation settings;
Text prompts and instructions associated with an image or video generation request;
Temporarily generated, edited, or failed-result files; and
Technical identifiers needed to return the requested result and diagnose processing errors.
We process this content only to provide the feature you request, perform safety and content-moderation checks, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with applicable law.
We do not use uploaded images or facial content for advertising, facial recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, or the creation of a biometric identity database. We do not attempt to identify the person depicted in an uploaded image.
3.2 Facial Content and AI Face-Swap Processing
AI face-swap and related facial editing features may need to detect and analyze visible facial characteristics in an uploaded image, such as the approximate location, shape, pose, landmarks, lighting, or expression of a face. This processing is performed only to align, transform, or generate the visual result requested by the user.
RevealX does not use this processing to determine a person's identity. We do not use facial content to authenticate users, track individuals across services, infer sensitive traits, or create persistent biometric profiles or faceprints.
Depending on the feature, processing may occur on the device or through secure cloud and third-party AI infrastructure. Uploaded images and related processing data are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to complete the request, perform security or moderation checks, return the result, and resolve short-term technical failures. Unless a longer period is required by law, temporary image files are deleted immediately after processing or within 24 hours. Images you intentionally save to your device remain under your control.
3.3 AI Chat Data
When you use AI text chat, we may process:
The text messages, prompts, and instructions you submit;
AI-generated responses;
Limited recent conversation context needed to generate a relevant response;
Safety classifications or abuse signals associated with the conversation; and
Usage records needed to count free or included messages, verify subscription benefits, and apply gem deductions.
At this time, AI chat accepts text input only and does not allow users to upload or send images in chat messages.
Please do not enter passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, private health information, confidential business information, or other information that you do not want processed by an AI service provider. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and should not be relied upon as professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
We process chat data to provide responses, maintain conversation functionality where offered, enforce usage limits, detect prohibited conduct, improve reliability and safety, and comply with law. We do not use chat content for targeted advertising.
3.4 Device, Technical, and Usage Data
We may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, including:
Device type, operating-system version, language, and app version;
IP address and approximate region derived from the IP address;
Device or installation identifiers where permitted;
Crash logs, diagnostic information, network status, and performance data;
Feature interactions, request timestamps, processing status, and error events; and
Advertising identifiers or attribution data only where advertising is used and where permitted by your device settings and applicable consent requirements.
We use this information to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Services and to prevent fraud or abuse.
3.5 Analytics Data
We may use analytics tools, such as Firebase Analytics, to understand feature usage, app stability, conversion and subscription performance, and general service trends. Where reasonably possible, analytics data is aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise minimized. Analytics providers may process device and usage data under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.
3.6 Subscription, Purchase, Gem, and Entitlement Data
If you purchase a subscription, virtual gems, or another digital benefit, we may receive or process:
Subscription status, plan type, start date, renewal status, expiration, or cancellation status;
Order, receipt, or transaction identifiers provided by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another official platform provider;
Gem balance, reward issuance, deduction, check-in, and fraud-prevention records; and
Message-quota and membership-entitlement records needed to provide purchased benefits.
Payments are processed by the relevant app marketplace or payment provider. We do not directly collect or store your full payment-card number.
3.7 Support and Privacy Requests
If you contact us, we may collect your email address, the content of your message, screenshots or files you choose to send, and information reasonably necessary to respond to or verify your request.
3.8 Information We Do Not Intentionally Request
RevealX does not require you to provide your legal name, phone number, government identification, or payment-card details to use its core AI features. We do not intentionally collect biometric identifiers for identifying or authenticating a person. Please do not upload or submit unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
You may upload or use an image only if:
You own the image or have all permissions, licenses, and legal rights necessary to use and modify it;
Each identifiable person depicted has consented to the image being uploaded and used for the requested AI editing or face-swap purpose, unless applicable law clearly permits the use without consent;
The image and requested output do not violate privacy, publicity, portrait, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
The content and requested use comply with applicable law and the rules of the platform through which RevealX is distributed; and
The image is suitable for the requested feature and does not contain prohibited content described below.
You must not upload, request, create, or share content that:
Depicts or sexualizes a minor, or appears to depict a minor in sexual, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate circumstances;
Creates or facilitates non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized face swaps, nudification, or sexually explicit deepfakes;
Uses another person's face or likeness without the necessary consent or legal authorization, including for impersonation, harassment, humiliation, defamation, fraud, extortion, or deception;
Violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, portrait, contractual, or other legal rights;
Contains illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, terrorist, self-harm-promoting, or otherwise harmful material;
Promotes discrimination or hatred against a protected person or group;
Is intended to mislead others about a real person's statements, actions, endorsement, identity, or participation in an event;
Involves identity theft, scams, election manipulation, falsified evidence, or evasion of law enforcement or safety systems;
Contains malware, hidden malicious instructions, or material intended to disrupt or misuse the Services; or
Otherwise violates applicable law, platform policy, or our safety requirements.
Uploads and prompts may be evaluated using automated filters and, where reasonably necessary, limited human review. If content is detected or reasonably suspected to be prohibited, infringing, unsafe, or technically unsuitable, RevealX may refuse the upload, block generation, return no result, remove associated content, restrict access to the relevant feature, preserve limited records where legally required, or suspend access to the Services. Payment, subscription, or gem charges and refunds remain subject to applicable purchase terms and law.
No moderation system is perfect. You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and consent before uploading an image and for your use or distribution of any generated result. RevealX's ability to process an image does not mean that the image or resulting use is lawful, authorized, or endorsed by us.
We may use information to:
Provide AI face swap, editing, generation, and text-chat features requested by you;
Deliver, display, or enable you to save generated results;
Perform content-safety, infringement-risk, fraud, spam, and abuse checks;
Operate subscriptions, message allowances, virtual gems, rewards, and entitlements;
Maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and investigate technical or policy violations;
Diagnose crashes, failed generations, and service-performance issues;
Respond to support, privacy, deletion, and legal requests;
Comply with applicable law and enforce our policies; and
Improve the reliability and safety of the Services using minimized or aggregated operational data.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use uploaded images or chat content for targeted advertising. We do not use user-uploaded images to train general-purpose AI models. Unless we separately ask for and receive clear consent, we do not use private chat content to train general-purpose AI models.
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract: to provide the AI feature, subscription, or digital benefit you request;
Consent: where you choose to upload content or where consent is required for analytics, advertising, or transmission to an AI provider;
Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, diagnose, and improve the Services and prevent fraud or abuse, balanced against your rights; and
Legal obligation: to comply with law, lawful requests, tax or accounting obligations, and the protection of users and others.
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
7.1 Images and Generation Data
Images may be processed locally or securely transmitted to cloud infrastructure and trusted AI providers. Temporary uploaded and generated image files are generally deleted immediately after processing or within 24 hours, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to complete a user-requested function, investigate abuse or a security incident, resolve a dispute, or comply with law.
7.2 Chat Data
Chat inputs, AI responses, and limited conversation context may be retained for a limited period reasonably necessary to provide conversation continuity, maintain safety and service quality, prevent abuse, respond to user requests, or comply with law. If chat history is offered, the app may retain that history until you delete it, delete your account, or retention is otherwise no longer necessary, subject to backup and legal-retention periods.
7.3 Purchases and Operational Records
Subscription, transaction, entitlement, gem, security, and fraud-prevention records may be retained for as long as needed to provide the relevant benefit, resolve disputes, prevent repeated reward claims, comply with tax or accounting requirements, and meet other legal obligations.
7.4 Deletion and Backups
When data is deleted, residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or logs until they are overwritten under our normal retention cycle, unless preservation is legally required. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:
8.1 Cloud and Technical Service Providers
Hosting, storage, content-delivery, security, crash-reporting, customer-support, and subscription-verification providers may process limited information on our behalf to operate the Services.
8.2 AI Image and Video Service Providers
When you initiate an AI image or video request, RevealX may securely transmit uploaded images, visible facial content, text prompts, selected options, and related processing data to trusted third-party AI providers, including Jimeng AI services, solely to perform the requested generation, support safety screening, and return a result.
The transmission occurs only after you voluntarily choose content and initiate the relevant request, and after consent where required. These providers are contractually or otherwise required to process data only for authorized purposes and to apply appropriate privacy and security safeguards. Their infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own.
8.3 AI Chat Service Providers
When you send an AI chat message, RevealX may transmit the message, limited conversation context, system instructions, safety signals, and technical request data to trusted third-party AI providers so they can generate the requested response and assist with abuse prevention. At this time, this transmission is text-only because image upload in chat is not supported.
8.4 Analytics Providers
Analytics providers, including Firebase/Google, may receive limited device, app, and usage data to provide analytics, crash reporting, and performance measurement, subject to applicable consent requirements.
8.5 App Marketplaces and Payment Providers
Apple, Google, or another official marketplace may process purchases, provide receipts, manage renewals, and communicate entitlement status to us under their own privacy policies.
8.6 Legal, Safety, and Business Transfers
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect the rights and safety of users or others, investigate fraud or abuse, or establish and defend legal claims. If RevealX is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy protections.
We do not sell or rent uploaded images, facial content, or chat content to data brokers or advertisers.
Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, data-minimization measures, or legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transmission, access controls, limited retention, and service-provider controls. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You should protect access to your device and avoid uploading images or submitting information that is unnecessary for the feature you are using.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Request access to or a copy of personal information we hold about you;
Request correction or deletion;
Request restriction of or object to certain processing;
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
Request data portability where applicable;
Opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, or profiling activities where applicable; and
Lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
We do not sell personal information. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information where required by law or necessary to protect the rights and safety of others. You will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
To submit a request, contact support@airevealx.com. Where available, you may also use in-app controls to clear chat history, delete content, manage permissions, or delete your account.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through any deletion control made available in the app or by emailing support@airevealx.com. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or installation without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
We will process verified deletion requests within the period required by applicable law. Certain transaction, security, abuse-prevention, or legal records may be retained where necessary and permitted by law. Deleting RevealX from your device does not by itself delete information held by service providers or an account associated with the Services.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required in a user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.
Users must not upload images of minors for face swapping, sexualization, exploitation, humiliation, impersonation, or other harmful or unlawful purposes. Sexual or exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will not be generated. If we learn that we collected a child's personal information without valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact support@airevealx.com with a deletion request.
AI-generated images, videos, and chat responses are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, unrealistic, biased, offensive, or unsuitable. Generated content does not represent RevealX's views or endorsement. You should review outputs before using or sharing them and should clearly disclose that content is AI-generated where required by law, platform rules, or the context of use.
RevealX may apply safety filters, watermarking, metadata, rate limits, or other safeguards. You must not remove or circumvent safety measures or use outputs to deceive, harm, or infringe the rights of another person.
RevealX may offer optional subscriptions, virtual gems, premium features, or other digital benefits. Payments are processed through official platform providers such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the terms displayed by the applicable marketplace.
Depending on the plan displayed in the app, benefits may include priority generation, an ad-free experience, AI text-chat allowances, additional chat messages in exchange for gems, access to HOT video features, daily gem rewards, double check-in rewards, or a one-time subscription gem reward.
Current quotas, prices, renewal terms, reward amounts, and benefit details are shown in the app at the time of purchase or use. For example, the app may offer subscribed users up to 50 included AI text-chat messages per day and non-subscribed users up to 5, with additional messages costing 2 gems each where offered. These commercial terms may change, but any related personal information will continue to be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
Virtual items and credits have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or marketplace rules.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, technology, law, or our practices. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to applicable law.
